Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Incep account (used for the Incep Finance, Incep CRM, and Incep Commerce apps, Incep Platform licences, and other Incep services) and the personal data associated with it. Use the form below, or start the request from inside the Incep Finance app.
Request deletion on the web
Submit the form on this page. We will verify your identity and process the request. This works for all Incep apps, since they share one account.
Request from the Incep Finance app
In Incep Finance, open Settings and tap Request Account Deletion. This starts the same request from inside the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, login credentials, and contact details.
- Your app data and content stored under your account.
- Analytics and preferences tied to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Records we are legally required to retain, such as financial and transaction records, are kept for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law, after which they are also deleted.
