Elite Flowers Dubai is a premium floral and gifting brand serving the UAE with preserved roses, fresh arrangements, artisan chocolates, curated gift boxes, and custom gifting for every occasion, from proposals and anniversaries to corporate events and national celebrations.

They'd served over 100,000 customers since 2014and built a loyal clientele that expected luxury. But their website didn't reflect that standing in the market.

The site didn't feel like the brand
A luxury gifting company serving Dubai's high-end market was running a site that looked like a generic WooCommerce template. The visual language, typography, and product presentation signaled mid-tier, not premium. Customers arrived expecting luxury and left with doubt.

Navigation was broken
Products were organized under a confused mix of collections that didn't map to how customers actually shop. Someone searching for a Valentine's gift, a birthday bouquet, or a corporate hamper had to dig. No occasion-based browsing. No festival tags. No clean path to checkout.

Performance was dragging sales
The old site scored 43 on mobile and 81 on desktop in Google PageSpeed Insights. In a market where mobile is the majority of e-commerce traffic, especially gifting, which is often an impulse purchase, and that number was costing real revenue.

Product pages weren't selling
Cluttered layouts, weak product presentation, distracting wishlist popups, and unclear CTAs meant visitors who did make it to a product often bounced without converting.

The site wasn't built to grow
Seasonal campaigns (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Ramadan, UAE National Day) required hacks and workarounds every time. The architecture didn't support how a Dubai gifting brand actually operates year-round.
