Incep Social Planner handbook
Incep Social Planner is built for an agency running social media for several clients at once. Each client is a brand, each brand has its own connected accounts and calendar, and the whole team works one queue.
The chain is short and strict: a brand, an account connected to it, a post written against that brand, an approval, and then the calendar publishes it. Nothing downstream works until the step before it exists.
How the pieces connect
/- Agency
- Your workspace. Everything belongs to it, and nothing is visible across agencies.
- Brands
- One per client. Its handle, voice, guidelines, products and calendar.
- Social accounts
- The real profiles a brand publishes to. The hard gate: without one there is nowhere for a post to go.
- Posts
- Written once in the composer, then targeted at each connected account.
- Approvals
- A second pair of eyes before anything leaves. On by default.
- The calendar
- What is scheduled, and what published itself.
The dashboard
/Scheduled this week, awaiting approval, published this month, average engagement and connected accounts, over an engagement trend and a platform breakdown. It is the screen to open first thing.
A new workspace also carries a getting started checklist. Each item ticks from real records rather than from a stored flag, so it always reflects your actual setup. Hide it once you are running, and bring it back from Help in the sidebar.
