Settings and your team
Settings holds everything that configures the workspace: the agency itself, your team, AI providers, connections and usage.
Agency details
/settings- Name and logo
- What your team sees in the sidebar all day.
- Timezone
- The agency default. Brands can override it.
- Require approval
- On by default. Turning it off lets an author schedule their own work.
- Plan
- Your Incep Digital subscription and what it allows.
The four roles
/settings- Viewer
- Read only. Right for a client who wants visibility without edit rights.
- Member
- Creates brands, connects accounts, writes posts and submits them for review.
- Admin
- Everything a member can do, plus approving posts, AI settings, archiving brands and managing people.
- Owner
- Full control of the agency.
Note: Approving is an admin action while submitting is a member action, which is the whole point of the approval step.
Inviting people
/settingsInvite by email and choose a role. They sign in with their Incep Digital account and land in your agency.
