Your first week

Six steps, in this order. Each one unlocks the next, which is why the checklist on your dashboard follows the same sequence.

The sequence

  1. 1Create your first brand. Paste the client website and the AI can draft the profile for you.
  2. 2Connect a social account to it. Until this exists a post has nowhere to go.
  3. 3Add an AI provider key, if you want captions, strategy or the Creative Studio.
  4. 4Write your first post in the composer.
  5. 5Submit it, approve it, and schedule it.
  6. 6Invite your team, so approvals involve someone other than the author.
Tip: Do the brand and the account in one sitting. Everything else in the app is reachable once those two exist, and nothing much is before.

Naming your agency

/settings

Your agency is created automatically the first time you sign in, named after you. Change it under Settings, along with your logo and timezone. The sidebar shows the agency name, not the product name, so this is what your team sees all day.

Note: The timezone matters more than it looks: it is what scheduled times are interpreted in.
