Approvals
Approvals are on by default. The author submits, someone else signs off, and only then can the post be scheduled.
The review queue
/approvalsEverything submitted, with the brand it belongs to and the accounts it would go to. Approve it, or request changes with a comment explaining what is wrong.
Note: Submitting is a member action. Approving is an admin action, which is what makes it a real check rather than a formality.
Turning approvals off
/settingsA one person agency can switch approvals off under Settings. Consider leaving them on the moment a second person joins.

/approvalsDiscussion happens on the post, so the reason a caption changed lives next to the caption rather than in a chat thread nobody can find later.
