Brands
A brand is a client. Everything else in the app is filtered by which brand you are working on, and the switcher in the top bar is how you move between them.
Creating a brand
/brands- Name and handle
- What you call them, and the handle they go by.
- Logo and colour
- Used to tell brands apart at a glance across the calendar and the queues.
- Timezone
- Per brand, because a client in another country schedules on their clock, not yours.
- Website and description
- What the business is.
- Industry, audience and goals
- Context the AI uses when it writes for this brand.
- Content rules
- What never to say. Worth filling in properly.
Letting the AI draft it
/brandsPaste the client website and the app reads it to draft a description, guidelines and an audience. Treat the result as a first pass to correct rather than a finished profile.
When a client leaves
/brandsArchive the brand rather than deleting it. It leaves the switcher and the lists, and the history stays intact. Deleting is available to admins and takes the content with it.
