Activities and appointments

Activities are what already happened. Appointments are what is booked. Both attach to a lead or an opportunity so the history sits with the deal rather than in someone inbox.

Activities

Calls, notes, emails and meetings, logged against the record they concern. The activities screen is a read only feed of everything across the organization, newest first.

Note: You log an activity from a lead or an opportunity, not from this screen. The feed collects them; the records create them.

Appointments

Meetings and calls scheduled with leads and clients, each with an owner and a status. Useful as a shared view of what the team has booked this week.
