Accounts, roles and access
Your CRM sign in is an Incep Digital platform account, the same one that covers every Incep product you use. The CRM does not hold your password.
Signing in
/loginSigning in sends you to incepdigital.com, and back to the CRM once you are authenticated. If two factor authentication is switched on for your account you are asked for your second factor there too.
Note: Because the account is shared across products, changing your password or your second factor is done once on the platform rather than separately in each app.
Admins and members
/dashboard/settings/team- Admin
- Everything a member can do, plus organization settings, team management, services, lead sources, security settings and the destructive data tools.
- Member
- Full day to day use: records, pipeline, delivery, invoicing, reporting and automation.
The first person to create the organization is its admin. Anyone they invite joins as a member unless they choose otherwise.
Trial and subscription
Incep CRM starts with a free trial that needs no card. While the trial is running a banner across the top of the CRM shows how many days are left, with a link to subscribe.
Note: Access is checked against your platform account on every request. If a trial expires the CRM sends you to checkout rather than showing you a broken workspace.
