Security
Authentication lives with your Incep Digital platform account, so most security settings are managed once and apply everywhere.
Two factor authentication
/dashboard/settings/securityTwo factor authentication can be switched on for your account, using either an authenticator app or SMS. Once it is on, the CRM asks the platform to verify your second factor before letting you in.
Tip: Keep your backup codes somewhere other than the device running your authenticator app.
Stored credentials
/dashboard/automation/integrationsAPI keys and integration credentials are encrypted at rest and never displayed back in full once saved. If you lose one, replace it rather than trying to read it.
