Data, backups and trash

Your data is yours. These screens let you take a copy of it, restore one, and undo deletions.

Exporting

/dashboard/settings/data

Export the whole workspace as a JSON backup. Worth doing before any bulk change you are not completely sure about.

/dashboard/settings/data

Restore from a previously exported JSON backup. Records that already exist are skipped rather than duplicated.

Note: This restores an Incep CRM backup. It is not a spreadsheet import: there is no CSV import in the CRM today.

/dashboard/trash

Deleted companies, contacts, leads and opportunities wait in Trash until you restore them. Deleting is reversible; a data reset is not.

/dashboard/settings/data

Admins can wipe the workspace back to empty. It asks you to type your organization name to confirm, because there is no undo.
