Leads
A lead is someone who might buy. The point of the leads screen is to get them recorded quickly with enough attribution that you can later tell which channels are worth the money.
Capturing a lead
/dashboard/leads- Person and company
- Either an existing contact and company, or plain text if you do not have records for them yet.
- Contact details
- Email, phone and WhatsApp, plus social profiles where you have them.
- Lead source
- Where they came from. This is what the source charts and the lead sources report read.
- Campaign and referrer
- Finer grained attribution under the source, for when one source covers several campaigns.
- Assignee
- Who owns the follow up.
- Status
- New, contacted, qualified, disqualified or converted.
Working the list
/dashboard/leadsThe list filters by status and searches across names and companies, so the usual working pattern is to filter to New, work down the list, and move each one on as you go.
Opening a lead shows its full history: every call, note and meeting logged against it, and any appointments booked with it.
AI qualification
/dashboard/settings/aiWhere AI is configured, a lead can carry a score, a qualification and a short piece of reasoning explaining it. Treat it as a prompt for your attention rather than a decision: it is there to sort a long list, not to disqualify people on your behalf.
Converting to an opportunity
/dashboard/opportunitiesOnce a lead is qualified and you know roughly what the work is worth, open an opportunity from it. The lead stays linked, so the pipeline and the source reports can still trace the deal back to the channel that produced it.
