Projects and tasks

Projects track the work you owe a client. Tasks are the individual pieces of it. Both are deliberately simple: this is a CRM with delivery tracking, not a project management tool.

Projects

Each project belongs to a client and carries a status and a service. The projects list is a flat view across every client, which is the right screen for a Monday morning.

Note: Projects are created from a client detail page. Create the client first.

Tasks

/dashboard/tasks

Tasks are created inside a project and assigned to a person. The tasks screen collects every task across every project, filtered by state, so you can see what is outstanding without opening each project.
