Your business details and service areas
A site for a local business needs to answer three questions immediately: where are you, are you open, and do you come out to me. These screens are how the site knows.
Business information
/admin/store/business- Location
- Address and map position, used on the contact page and in structured data.
- Opening hours
- Per day, including closed days. The storefront can show whether you are open right now.
- Contact channels
- Phone, email and messaging, surfaced where a visitor is most likely to act.
Service areas
/admin/service-areasFor a trade that travels, list the areas you cover. Each one can have its own page, which is what lets a search for your service in a particular town find you.
Reaching the thumb
On a phone the storefront can carry a persistent call bar, because for many local businesses the entire conversion is a phone call. A tap on a phone number is counted as a conversion like any other.
The enquiries inbox
/admin/leadsContact form submissions land in an inbox in the admin rather than only in an email account. Each one can be marked won with the value of the job, which is what makes the lead conversion reporting worth reading.
- Field types
- Contact forms support text, radio, number and date fields, so you can qualify before you call back.
- Spam protection
- CAPTCHA is configured in the admin rather than in environment variables.
Reviews of the business itself
/admin/reviewsReviews are no longer only about products. The business itself can be reviewed, which is what a service company actually needs, and review stars have their own colour in the design system so they read consistently everywhere.
