Users and roles

Manage the people who can sign into the admin and the mobile app here. Roles and permissions decide what each account can reach.

Manage admin accounts

Create an account, choose its role, and for client admins select the areas it can manage. Keep super admin accounts to a minimum, and give staff the client admin role scoped to only what they need.

  1. 1Add the user with their email and role.
  2. 2For a client admin, grant only the permissions that match their job.
  3. 3Share the sign in with them. The same login works for the mobile operations app.
Tip: Only super admin and client admin accounts can sign into the mobile app. Customers are always rejected there.
Each user has a role and, for client admins, a set of granular permissions.
