Store settings and identity
Store Settings holds the identity customers see across the storefront and the switches that shape the whole deployment. It is usually the first screen to complete on a new store.
Store identity
/admin/settingssaved to name, logoUrl, faviconUrl, defaultLanguage, returnPolicySet the details that represent the store everywhere it appears. The logo and favicon can be chosen from the media library, pasted in as a URL, or generated with AI when that feature is enabled.
- Store name
- The name shown in the header, emails, and browser tab.
- Logo and favicon
- Pick from media, paste a URL, or generate with AI.
- Default language
- English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese.
- Return and refund policy
- Short policy text shown in the shipping info tab and near the add to cart button on product pages.
Store profile
The store profile carries the business details used across transactional experiences and a few store wide defaults that other screens build on.
- Legal name
- The registered business name used on invoices and legal pages, when it differs from the store name.
- Contact email and phone
- Shown to customers and used as the reply address on transactional email.
- Social handles
- The links used by the footer social icons and share features.
- Opening hours
- For stores with a physical or service presence.
- Default currency
- The store base currency, which payments and pricing build on.
- Weight and dimension units
- Feed the shipping calculations and product specifications.
