Customers and loyalty
Keep track of who buys from you and reward them for coming back. These areas connect to the storefront account so customers can see their history and balances.
Customers
/admin/customerssaved to Customer, AddressEvery customer has a record that pulls together who they are and everything they have done with the store.
- Profile
- Contact details and saved addresses.
- Order history
- Past orders and their lifetime value, so you can spot your best customers.
- Groups
- Organise customers into groups or segments for targeting.
- Programs
- Their loyalty balance, subscriptions, and referrals in one view.
Loyalty
/admin/store/loyaltysaved to LoyaltyPointEvent, VipTierRun a points and rewards program and view the points activity and VIP tiers. The earn and redeem rates that drive it are set on the Customer account and programs screen (under Storefront), and this area is where the program plays out.
- Earning
- How many points a customer earns per amount spent (set on the Customer account and programs screen).
- Redeeming
- The points threshold at which a customer can redeem for a reward.
- VIP tiers
- Optional tiers that reward your best customers with better perks.
- Related rewards
- Referral rewards and birthday and win back discounts are configured alongside loyalty on the Customer account and programs screen.
Note: Customers see their balances and rewards in the storefront account area, so that area must be enabled.
Wishlist
saved to Wishlist, WishlistItem
The wishlist lets customers save products for later, which also gives you a signal of demand.
- Saving
- Customers add products to a personal wishlist from cards and product pages.
- Sharing
- Wishlist sharing can be allowed from the Customer account and programs screen.
- Where it appears
- In the customer account, and via the wishlist icon in the header when enabled.
