Integrations

Integrations connect the store to outside services. Anything sensitive you enter here is encrypted at rest.

Payments

/admin/integrations/payments

Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, and Klarna are configured here. The full setup is covered under Selling, Payments.

Analytics and conversions

/admin/integrations/analyticssaved to analyticsConfig

Connect your measurement tools and manage the cookie consent banner from one screen. Public tracking IDs load on the storefront; server side tokens stay encrypted.

Google
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion.
Meta
The Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API for server side events.
Other pixels
TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar.
Cookie consent banner
Turn the banner on and edit its title, body, and the accept, reject non essential, manage, and save labels so tracking loads only after consent.

Conversions are reported from the server as well as the browser, so an ad blocker or a failed page script does not silently lose them. Every configured channel receives the same event.

Lead conversions
A card in this screen showing how many enquiries converted, and what they were worth.
Form submissions
A contact form can report a conversion, and the server is what reports it.
Phone taps
A tap on a phone number counts as a conversion, which matters for a business whose sales happen by phone.
Won value
Marking a lead won records what the job was worth, so the reported value is real revenue rather than a count.
GA4, GTM, Meta, TikTok, Clarity, and Google Ads in one place.

Email

/admin/integrations/email

Choose how email is delivered: Resend or your own SMTP for transactional email, and Mailchimp for newsletter sync. The email flows under Marketing use whatever you connect here.

Tip: SMTP settings have a test button that opens a real connection and sends a test message, so you find out here rather than from a customer who never got their receipt.
Resend or SMTP for transactional email, and Mailchimp for the newsletter.

AI

/admin/integrations/ai

Your provider keys power every AI feature in the platform. Add one here, then switch on the specific AI features you want in Store Settings. Without a key, those feature flags stay inactive even when switched on.

What the key unlocks
AI setup and the Website Architect, Edit with AI in the builder, the storefront shopping assistant, the ask about this product widget, blog writing, the product creator and bulk content generation.
Provider choice
Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini for text. Image generation needs an image capable provider, so Anthropic alone cannot generate pictures.
A model per capability
Set a different default model for each AI capability, so a cheap model handles bulk copy while a stronger one does page generation.
Per run override
Override the model for a single generation or a single chat turn without changing your defaults.
Note: Text and image generation are separate providers. Choosing a text model that cannot see images does not stop you generating pictures, it just routes that work elsewhere.
One Anthropic or Gemini key powers every AI feature, stored encrypted.

Feeds

/admin/integrations/feedssaved to catalogFeedsConfig

Generate product catalog feeds that external channels can read, keeping your listings in sync with shopping platforms.

Product catalog feeds for external channels.

Messaging

Depending on your deployment you may also see a WhatsApp integration in the sidebar for customer messaging. Configure it the same way as the other integrations, with credentials stored encrypted.
