Catalog and inventory

The catalog is the heart of the store. Create and organise products, track stock, and move data in and out in bulk.

Products

/admin/productssaved to Product, ProductVariation, ProductImage

The products list is the starting point for catalog work. Search by name or SKU and filter by status to find published, draft, pending, or scheduled items. Import and export live at the top of this screen.

Search and filter by status, then open a product to edit every detail.

Create and edit a product

/admin/products/new
  1. 1Add the product name and choose the product type.
  2. 2Add the main image and any gallery images.
  3. 3Enter the regular price and a sale price if one applies.
  4. 4Set stock tracking, quantity, and backorder behaviour when inventory matters.
  5. 5Choose categories, tags, brand, tax class, and shipping class.
  6. 6Write the description, short description, and SEO fields.
  7. 7Save as draft while preparing the item, or publish when it is ready for customers.
Tip: With the AI Product Creator on, you can draft a full listing from a single photo, then refine the details.
The product form keeps pricing, stock, organisation, media, and SEO together.

Variations, attributes, and brands

Define the building blocks that products share, so you set them up once and reuse them across the catalog.

Attributes and terms
Reusable options such as Size (S, M, L) or Colour (Red, Blue) that products draw from.
Variations
Combine attribute terms into the sellable versions of a product, each with its own SKU, price, stock, and image.
Brands
Assign products to a brand for filtering and brand pages.
Specifications
Structured spec rows (for example material or dimensions) shown on the product page.
Global attributes and terms, brands, and product data defaults.

Categories and tags

/admin/products/categoriessaved to Category, Tag

Organise the catalog so shoppers can browse and filter, and so your menus and shop pages have something to point at.

Categories
Group products into a nested category tree that powers collection pages and the shop filters.
Tags
Lighter, cross cutting labels for grouping products beyond the category tree.
Where they show
Categories feed the shop and collection pages and can be linked from the navigation menus.

Inventory

/admin/inventorysaved to StockLocation, LocationStock, StockHistory

Track stock levels and movements so the storefront shows accurate availability and low stock urgency.

Stock locations
Hold stock across more than one location, each with its own quantities.
Per location stock
The quantity of each product or variation at each location.
Stock history
A record of every change, so you can see how a level got to where it is.
Availability rules
Low stock thresholds and backorder behaviour, which drive the storefront badges and the low stock scarcity display.
Stock locations, per location stock, and a history of movements.

Import and export

/admin/store/import-export

Move catalog and store data in and out in bulk, so you can launch a large catalog quickly or take a copy for backup or migration.

Import
Load products in bulk from a CSV or Excel file, mapping columns to product fields.
Export
Download your catalog and store data as a file.
Import jobs
Large product imports run as tracked jobs, visible from the products area, so you can watch progress and see any errors.
AI enrichment
With the AI Product Creator on, imported rows can be enriched with generated descriptions and details.
